New Mexico Baptist Children’s Home has an immediate opening for the role of Campus Director. The Campus Director provides oversight and works closely with the Houseparents, Case Manager and others to ensure the children’s needs and goal plans are being met. They are responsible for providing training to Houseparents and other staff. They may occasionally welcome visitors and conduct campus tours.

A potential candidate must have at least 3 consecutive years of experience successfully houseparenting with at least one organization. Experience with multiple organizations that add up to 3 years will not be considered.

Potential candidates must possess a gospel centered life and a calling on their lives to work with children from hard places. They should view leadership as a calling and have a desire to develop their leadership skills and lead with compassion. Successful candidates should also have an active lifestyle in which they can pursue relationship building and connection with children and youth in various ways.

Salary & Benefits

  • $45,199- $49,941
  • 403b Retirement (after waiting period.)
  • 2 weeks of vacation time for first year (vacation days increase with longevity up to 4 weeks)
