Goodland Academy is a boarding school committed to making exemplary people and we’re located right outside of Hugo, OK. This position requires high energy and excellent organizational skills. The Baptist Children's Village serves children that are privately placed and those referred by the Mississippi Child Protective Services. Each cottage has either all girls or all boys and a maximum capacity for 8-10 residents.  Residents range in age from 1 to 20 years of age.   

Houseparents must be in good physical, mental and emotional health to best serve the needs of the children in their care. They must be cooperative and comfortable working in a team environment.
